～チームで取り組む意思決定支援～」というWeb講演会で、演者としてお話しさせていただくことになりました🙇
このような機会をいただき、大変嬉しく思っております🙇
今回のテーマは、
「自分らしい夢」を持てる透析医療を
～透析医療におけるSDMの重要性～
です⭐️
私は、このテーマに対して、強い想いがあります。
患者様の人生に関わる医療だからこそ、
ただ治療を提供するだけではいけない。
患者様が何を大切にし、
どんな人生を送り、
どんな夢を持っているのか。
その想いを知り、「その人らしい」選択を一緒に考えていく。
それが、これからの透析医療に必要なことだと信じています。
そして今回の講演は、私一人の挑戦ではありません。
名古屋プログレス腎臓内科・透析 丸の内駅前クリニックというチームを背負って、挑みます！
このクリニックに在籍するメンバーはお世辞抜きで、最高のメンバーです‼️
日々、患者さんと向き合い、

だからこそ私は、院長として、

そして、今よりもっと良い医療を目指していく。

患者さんが、病気や透析治療によって夢を諦めるのではなく、
「自分らしい夢」を持ち続けることができる。

On Thursday, September 10, 2026, I will have the honor of speaking as a presenter at a web-based lecture entitled:
“Rethinking Information Provision in Kidney Replacement Therapy
— Supporting Shared Decision-Making as a Team —” 🙇
I am truly grateful for this wonderful opportunity. 🙇
My presentation will focus on:
“Dialysis Care That Allows Patients to Pursue Their Own Dreams”
— The Importance of Shared Decision-Making in Dialysis Care —

I have a deep passion for this topic.
Because healthcare is something that profoundly affects a patient’s life, I believe that simply providing treatment is not enough.
What does each patient value?
What kind of life do they want to live?
What dreams do they hope to pursue?
We need to understand their thoughts and aspirations, and work together to find choices that are truly right for them.
I believe this is what dialysis care needs for the future.
And this lecture is not a challenge that I am taking on alone.
I will step onto this stage carrying the pride of the entire team at Nagoya Progress Kidney & Dialysis Clinic – Marunouchi Ekimae Clinic!
And I mean this sincerely: the members of our clinic are truly an incredible team‼️
Every day, they face our patients with dedication.
Each member brings their own professional expertise and works together to think about how we can provide better care. ⭐️
They are truly an amazing team!!!
That is why, as the director of this clinic, I will stand on this stage with deep gratitude for—and immense pride in—my colleagues.
We are still growing.
We are still developing.
And that is exactly why we continue to take on new challenges.
That is why we continue to learn.
And that is why we continue striving to provide even better healthcare than we do today.
With determination and pride.
As Nagoya Progress, I hope to make this an opportunity for all of us to think together about the kind of dialysis care we want to create.
I do not want patients to give up on their dreams because of illness or dialysis treatment.
I want them to continue pursuing dreams that are truly their own.
And that is the kind of dialysis care we are genuinely committed to building.
